Cyclic
The Cyclic Method

Your cycle is a
neuroplasticity
engine.

Estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone shift across your four phases and they bring your brain with them. This is not a metaphor. It is neuroscience. The Cyclic Method is the life design framework built on top of it.

MENSTRUAL FOLLICULAR OVULATORY LUTEAL ESTROGEN DOPAMINE PROGESTERONE
Follicular + Ovulatory
Estrogen

Boosts serotonin, dopamine, and acetylcholine. Sharpens verbal fluency, working memory, and executive function. When estrogen is high, you think faster and take more calculated risks.

Luteal Phase
Progesterone

Activates GABA receptors, promoting calm, focused, detail-oriented work. Supports deep analytical thinking, editing, and systems work. When progesterone is high, you are built for precision.

Peaks at Ovulation
Testosterone

Drives motivation, confidence, and competitive drive. When estrogen and testosterone peak together, you are at your highest for visibility, negotiation, and high-stakes action.

Four phases.
Four modes of genius.

Most productivity systems assume a flat, consistent baseline. They were designed for a body that produces hormones in a steady rhythm. That is not your biology. Your brain changes every week.

Days 1-5
Menstrual
Vision + Integration

The brain shifts into whole-brain integration mode. The corpus callosum becomes more active, enabling big-picture thinking and honest evaluation. Your clearest vision lives here.

Days 6-13
Follicular
Starting + Pitching

Rising estrogen sharpens verbal fluency and executive function. Your best window for beginning new projects, outreach, planning, and the work that requires mental sharpness.

Days 14-17
Ovulatory
Visibility + Launch

Peak estrogen and testosterone. Confidence, magnetism, and verbal fluency at their highest. Built for high-stakes conversations, public speaking, negotiation, and being seen.

Days 18-28
Luteal
Deep Work + Refinement

Your most analytical window. Progesterone supports deep focus, detail orientation, and critical thinking. The phase for editing, auditing, and the work that requires patience and precision.

"These are not mood swings. These are cognitive phases. And they are predictable."
The Cyclic Method

Five pillars for
directing your life.

The Cyclic Method is the life design layer built on top of the biology. Not a productivity system. Not a habit tracker. A framework for women who are done living someone else's version of success.

01

Vision

Where you are actually going. Not the inherited version.

02

Strategy

How you deploy your capacity across the cycle.

03

Systems

The structures that hold your life so your nervous system does not have to.

04

Execution

Phase-aware action. The right work at the right time.

05

Integration

The long game. How everything compounds into a life that is unmistakably yours.

unlearn it all first.

Bri Braggs is a Houston-based artist, creative director, and founder. After years of building brands, businesses, and systems across hospitality, retail, e-commerce, and wellness, she developed The Cyclic Method as a private framework for navigating her own work and life.

She spent years building other people's brands before she started building her own. Along the way she noticed something: the weeks she felt brilliant, articulate, and unstoppable were always followed by weeks of fog, sensitivity, and a need to slow down. She thought something was wrong with her.

Nothing was wrong with her. She was cyclical. The Cyclic Method started as a private framework. Now it is public.
